We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us as a family of 4. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were so helpful. We also had room service a few times and it was delicious. We had great trip to London and it was all the more enjoyable because of the Pestana hotel. Thank you, we will be back.

The hotel was in a great location by the Battersea Power Station which is a very vibrant area by the Thames and you can easily walk to most of the attractions around London. The hotel was clean and the room was quite large. The service staff were very attentive .

I came with my Mum for a long weekend, and we both had the most amazing time at the Pestana. The staff, facilities and food were all incredible and made the stay even more worthwhile. The stay was a 10/10 and we’d recommend the hotel to anybody. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Good location and great to explore Battersea Area. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants. We didn’t have breakfast as it was quite expensive. We booked to be able to use a gym, but it was tiny and lacked equipment. Everything was clean and tidy, and the rooms were a good size.

Stayed here for 2 nights just for an Easter getaway, reception staff were really friendly and it was my birthday and was greeted with flowers and cupcakes which was a nice touch. The room was spacious, large bed, Tv, tea and coffee facilities! The sofa was also surprisingly comfy! You could hear the railway but we live with a railway at the bottom of our garden so we are used to it! The bathroom was slightly dated and needed a bit of tlc, carpets were also heavily stained. We didn’t eat in the hotel however we had a couple drinks at the lobby bar which seemed relatively quiet during our whole stay. It was a rather eventful afternoon as a guest staying in the hotel was heavily intoxicated and refused service so left but then came back after having purchased a bottle of spirit from the shop and then went back to the bar and asked for just a coke which he was served and proceeded to drink with the spirit. I found this quite shocking because the bar staff allowed him to sit there, giggling at him and he was clearly not in the right state mentally aswell as heavily drunk. The guest was dialling 999 several times and saying completely inappropriate things whilst the bar staff were entertaining him and laughing amongst themselves. Me and my partner started to feel quite uncomfortable so we decided to get a drink from the shop and drink in our room instead. Upon leaving the shop we heard a man screaming and shouting to which was the drunken guest getting kicked out of the hotel which was quite frightening. It was right to have thrown him out but it should have happened a while before that moment. I think from a mental health perspective the staff shouldn’t of entertained the guest as it was fairly uncomfortable to watch. It was just a shame to have witnessed it. It was a nice stay but I wouldn’t go back.
